Junior Project Manager – NCR

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll work closely with a Senior Project Manager, assisting in the essential phases of project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, learning to track progress, identify potential risks, and help prepare crucial status reports and presentations. You'll coordinate directly with project team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within budget, and you'll support the Senior Project Manager in maintaining strong relationships and clear communication with stakeholders.

Work location: Makati/BGC

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Project Management: Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting under the guidance of a senior project manager. You'll track project progress, help identify potential risks or issues, and contribute to preparing project status reports and presentations.

Coordinate Teams: Work directly with project team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Support Stakeholder Communication: Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring timely and effective communication of project updates.

Learn Continuously: Actively learn and apply various project management methodologies and tools, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
