JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Design visually engaging content for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

● Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and marketing materials.

● Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.

● Collaborate with the creative team across various media formats.

● Oversee projects from concept to final execution while meeting deadlines.

● Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions.

● Present completed designs and concepts to management.

● Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices for creative marketing materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Multimedia arts, Communications, Advertising, and other related programs.

● At least 2 years of experience in creative marketing and advertising, design management, or visual merchandising.

● Ability to provide creative direction and constructive feedback to creative team members.

● Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, Color, web layout, design, print production, image selection, and package design.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
