What you'll be doing

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of equipment and machinery
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative work to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Document all work performed and maintain detailed records
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Assist with the training and mentoring of junior technicians

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Skilled Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of equipment maintenance and repair
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call responsibilities as needed
