About the Role

The Account Management Intern will support the account management team in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring project deliverables, and assisting with day-to-day account coordination. This role is ideal for students interested in client servicing, communications, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and client updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Support in organizing meetings, taking notes, and tracking action items.
  • Help monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Conduct research to support account strategies and proposals.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Account Management team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to Php100.00 per day
