SERBIZ is a multi-purpose cooperative registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). It is owned by professionals and workers with work experience in diversified service functions and industrial operations. These workers are called "owner-members". As owner-members, all of us are SELF-EMPLOYED individuals who are neither employees of the Cooperative nor employees of our clients.

We are focused on our vision: To be the best alternative service provider to our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions to your needs along with excellent service. We retool the mindset as well as the behavior of our worker-members during orientations and seminars that we conduct for our members on a regular basis. We emphasize on rendering excellent service values-productivity, quality and efficiency. When the client is satisfied, our service is continued. Accordingly, the Cooperative's worker-members will have gainful livelihood. Therefore, earning potentials become greater which will result to continual advancement in quality of life for our worker-members. This is what we refer to as the Win-Win Solution.

The arrangement allows continuous service of our worker members beyond the practice of 5 months. Therefore, recurring recruitment as well as training costs can be avoided and savings is realized. Higher productivity can likewise be achieved as a result of the continuous use of their learned skills.
