What is your mission?

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across various teams. In this role, you will work behind the scenes to keep projects moving forward—managing timelines, maintaining project documentation, and communicating updates to ensure stakeholders are aligned. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project delivery, with future client-facing responsibilities as you grow into the role.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and executing projects from start to finish

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution

  • Maintain accurate project records, timelines, and task assignments

  • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions

  • Create regular reports and updates to keep all stakeholders informed

  • Support the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a project management or coordination role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

  • Experience with Salesforce and AI tools is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
