Job Descriptions:

  • Deliver engineering training and assessments according to approved schedules and standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of trainee documentation.
  • Maintain a safe training environment and ensure equipment is operational.
  • Report incidents promptly to management for proper action.
  • Support daily training operations and contribute to departmental goals by meeting KPIs.
  • Assist in implementing corporate policies and training plans.
  • Conduct training efficiently to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Monitor trainee behavior and report any disciplinary issues.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for course development and improvements.
  • Lead safety orientations and ensure compliance with environmental guidelines.
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions with trainees and clients.
  • Continuously improve training methods and course content.
  • Enforce institutional rules and manage risks by identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
  • At least 2 years of industry or technical training experience
  • TESDA TM I/II and relevant NC certifications (preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Knowledgeable in safety protocols and risk management
  • Proficient in training documentation and course delivery
  • Professional, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Willing to travel or be assigned to different training sites
