• PHRN (PH Registered Nurse) This role is expected to coordinate the execution and continued quality of the client's department processes, perform assigned duties including but not limited to telephonic on-line authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing on-line data entry of routine authorizations/denials.

• Must have an active PRC Nursing License

• At least 1 year hospital bedside care experience
• Preferably with BPO / CSR experience under Healthcare Account
• Willing to work on site in BGC, Taguig City and/or IT Park, Cebu

• Other remote work locations: Pampanga, Davao and Baguio

• USRN(US Registered Nurse)

• Must have an active US Nursing License
• Must be a valid Philippines passport holder
• With at least one (1) year of recent hospital bedside care experience
• Experience in Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, and other CPO related processes is a plus
• IP & HH (Medical Coder) assists and provides suggestive improvements and opportunities under the Inpatient Coding, Outpatient and other coding program. IP (Inpatient Coder) with active Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Inpatient Coder (CIC) license HH (Home Health Coder) with any of the following medical coding certification: HCS-D, HCS-O or BCHH-C

• Medical Allied Professionals (Graduate of any Medical/Health Science Course)

• USPT (US Physical Therapists)
• Must have an active US Nursing License
• Must be a valid Philippines passport holder
• With at least one (1) year of recent hospital bedside care experience

• Experience in Utilization Management, Coding, Back office, and other CPO related processes is a plus

• RRT(Registered Radiologic Technologists)

• Must be a Registered Radiotechnologist/Radiographer

• With at least six (6) months of clinical or Teleradiology experience
• Knowledgeable in X-rays, Computed tomography (CT), Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine.
