Job Description:

  • Track end to end status of complaints in DP-CMS . Ensure all actions (ticketing , complaints assignment , RC, CAPA uploading and CCR creation) are within the SLA timelines.
  • Follow up with assigned teams on pending ticket IDs, aging complaints and verification items. Escalate overdue items as needed.
  • Liase with sales, production and QA to verify complaint details, gather information and provide updates on progress.
  • Maintain and update complaint lead time tracking sheets. Validate encoding accuracy using google sheets data, email and google hangouts data.
  • Encode and maintain accurate records of new users, company names , products and stores / branches into DP-CMS
  • Encode complaints not submitted by sales. Follow up with customers for updates and resolution updates.
  • Will create apps and web base for the files and validation.

Job Requirements:

  1. Graduate of BS Information Technology
  2. With Experience or expertise in creation and development of app system
  3. With good communication skills
  4. Can work with minimum supervision
