Job Description:

  • Directly supervise tray packing production section operations by instructing , coordinating , communicating and verifying daily activities within production section.
  • Attain daily section output target by developing and implementing strategies giving emphasis on food quality and safety including section productivity.
  • Supervise, Instruct, Motivate, and evaluate staffing placement and training of crews.
  • Closely monitor Primary section process ensuring product specification are met
  • Track and analyze section KPI (eg. Target Serving, efficiency, yields )
  • Target and Maintain section efficiency and devise ways and methods to optimize resources (manpower, raw materials)
  • Implement worker compliance to company policies, standards, and procedures with GMP HACCP and occupational health safety as main focal points.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , Food technology, Agriculture or any related course
  2. Minimum of one year experience in food manufacturing industry
  3. Knowledge of GMP& HACCP and related food safety procedures can multi task in an effective manner and work under tight deadlines; ability to collect data, prepare, interpret and analyze reports.
