We are an Australian accounting firm seeking a CPA-licensed Senior Accountant (Philippines-based) to join our remote team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Australian clients, along with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting using Xero, Dext, and Zoho One.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review BAS and ITR for multiple clients
  • Ensure accurate, timely compliance with Australian tax laws
  • Perform bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver quality service

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Must not have existing clients
  • Detail-oriented and a strong team player

Technical Requirements

  • Own computer/laptop
  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps

Other Requirements

  • Available to work during Australian business hours
