Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Should have insurance background.


• Experience with SQL Database administration


• Knowledge of Guidewire is preferred (not mandatory)


• Able to use graphs, info graphics and other data visualization methods


• Experience analyzing and reconciling large volumes of data using various data analysis tools and software(Excel, SQL, AQT etc.)


• Identify various BI needs (Operational, Financial, Statistical and Strategic) and data analysis requirements of the organization


• Able to build dashboards that identify trends, KPIs and opportunities for growth (Data Analytics) using complex data sets


• Work closely with all business units and engineering teams and provide inputs to define strategy for long term data platform architecture


• Should be a self-starter and be able to plough through requirements and data to identify solutions
