We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications for our Insurance Business Unit clients. The role includes improving API integrations, resolving production issues, and ensuring the performance and reliability of enterprise systems.   • Develop, enhance, and maintain Java applications and API integrations.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • Java backend development experience (Java 8 minimum; Java 17 preferred)

  • Proficiency with IntelliJ IDEA

  • Experience with REST API development

  • Strong XML and JSON manipulation skills

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket

  • Strong OOP and SDLC understanding

  • Experience in Agile methodology

  • Unit testing, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with React, , TypeScript, PHP

  • Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and relational databases

  • Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud technologies

  • Experience in Insurance-related projects (a plus)
