Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate job postings, screening, and interviews
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
Policy & Compliance
Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate records for statutory benefits, contracts, and disciplinary actions
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation
- Monitor eligibility and deadlines for government-mandated benefits
Employee Relations
Address grievances and mediate workplace concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support performance reviews and staff development initiatives
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain HRIS and trackers for attendance, leave, and compliance
- Prepare reports for audits, management reviews, and regulatory submissions
- Training & Development
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience required
Bachelor's degree qualification required
Assist in planning workshops, seminars, and career growth programs
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and recognition
