Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate job postings, screening, and interviews

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and company policies

  • Maintain accurate records for statutory benefits, contracts, and disciplinary actions
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation

  • Monitor eligibility and deadlines for government-mandated benefits
  • Employee Relations

  • Address grievances and mediate workplace concerns with empathy and professionalism

  • Support performance reviews and staff development initiatives
  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain HRIS and trackers for attendance, leave, and compliance

  • Prepare reports for audits, management reviews, and regulatory submissions
  • Training & Development
  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience required
  • Bachelor's degree qualification required
