We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-driven HR Officer with strong Mandarin communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serves as primary contact for Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives
• Support payroll preparation, benefits administration and government-mandated compliance
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and databases
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-2 years proven experience in HR functions (fresh graduate is welcome if well-versed in Mandarin)
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficient in MS Office applications is an advantage
