The Role

Waiters/Waitresses

Hostesses

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service consistent with fine dining standards.
• Present menu items and offer recommendations on wine and beverage pairings.
• Manage smooth table service, including delivery, clearing, and resetting.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize each dining experience.
• Support pre-service setup, daily briefings, and post-service duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout service.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless communication and flow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
• Interest in food, wine, and creating memorable dining moments.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
