Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Maintenance Engineer with all maintenance activities for equipment, utilities, facilities, buildings, and grounds.
  • Operate, inspect, and monitor assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct preventive, corrective, routine, and emergency maintenance on assigned equipment, buildings, and facilities.
  • Perform daily monitoring and inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of maintenance inspection data and operational checklists.
  • Operate assigned equipment and manage timely start-up and shutdown operations.
  • Execute maintenance work requests and projects related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Maintenance Reports detailing activities conducted, as well as any troubles and incidents encountered in the assigned area.

Job Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a four-year degree in Industrial Technology, major in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of production and utility equipment is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and industrial specifications.
  • Proficient in using basic electrical and mechanical tools.
  • Willingness to be assigned to the LIMA Malvar office.
