Job Title: Truck Driver

Location: Taguig City

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. You will be operating heavy-duty trucks and ensuring that all cargo is delivered efficiently and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company trucks to transport goods over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of cargo to designated destinations.
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
  • Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving.
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
  • Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other team members professionally.
  • Load and unload cargo when required.
  • Ensure cargo is properly secured at all times.

Requirements:

  • Valid [State/Regional] Commercial Driver's License (CDL) – Class [A/B].
  • Proven experience as a truck driver
  • Clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
  • Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with long-haul or regional transport.
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and driving apps.
  • Basic mechanical skills for emergency maintenance.
