Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Communication Trainer at iOPEX Technologies, located in Taguig. The Sales and Communication Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions on communication skills and sales techniques. Day-to-day tasks include developing training curriculum, conducting training sessions, providing feedback, and coaching team members on effective communication strategies. The role also involves continuous assessment and improvement of training programs to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Training Development & Delivery:
- Design and facilitate training programs focused on sales techniques, customer engagement, negotiation, and persuasive communication.
- Conduct workshops, role-plays, and simulations to enhance verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Customize training modules based on team needs, market trends, and business goals.
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify performance gaps and training needs.
- Support onboarding of new sales hires with foundational training in product knowledge and communication etiquette.
- Reinforce brand messaging and customer-centric communication across all sales touchpoints.
Coaching & Feedback:
- Provide one-on-one coaching to sales staff to improve pitch delivery, objection handling, and storytelling.
- Monitor post-training performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Develop refresher courses and continuous learning paths.
Content & Tools Management:
- Create and maintain training materials, guides, and digital learning content.
- Utilize LMS platforms and performance tracking tools to manage training delivery and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales training, communication coaching, or corporate facilitation.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and communication frameworks.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with digital learning tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
