Job Title: Multimedia Artist

Department: Marketing & Communications

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Join the creative team at Duros Hotels Inc. as a Hotel Multimedia Artist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning multimedia content to enhance the guest experience across our hotel properties in Cebu City, Cebu. Working collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams, you will create engaging digital assets that showcase our hotels and inspire travellers to book with us.

Job Summary:

The Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating high-quality visual and audiovisual content that supports the hotel's branding, marketing, and guest engagement efforts. This role involves graphic design, photography, video production, and digital content creation that reflect the hotel's identity and elevate its presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design promotional materials including flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, menus, and presentation decks.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos of the hotel's facilities, events, and services.
  • Create motion graphics and animations for digital screens, social media, and online campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized content library of images, videos, and design templates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and more.
  • Support internal communications and HR with visual materials for events, trainings, and announcements.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances guest perception of the property.
  • Stay up-to-date with visual trends and best practices in hospitality marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in design, photography, and video editing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
