Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The role will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing accurate 3D models and drawings that support project design, coordination, and delivery. The BIM Modeler will collaborate with engineers, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure models are compliant with project requirements, standards, and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in BIM software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities & Qualifications Prepare CAD Drawings and BIM models. Report to the Team Leader based in the Philippines for task assignment and report on the progress of assigned tasks. Perform duties as assigned. Cross-deployment is not encouraged for the initial stage of employment. Requirements At least 5+ years of BIM/CAD project experience. Experienced using AutoCAD and Revit. Knowledge in MicroStation (Bentley suite of software in civil design work) platform will be an advantage. Preferably with working experience in engineering design consulting practice on Civil Infrastructure, especially on bridges. Knowledgeable of concepts of Structural Engineering design. Preferably familiar with the DPWH bridge detailing procedures. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Acrobat/Bluebeam, and other engineering production software is recommended. Able to work under pressure with good time management skills. Willing to do overtime if necessary. Ability to work full-time in the Makati office. Prior experience in Drawing Review process and QC is desirable. Additional Information TYLin’s Philippine Branch was founded in Manila in 2021.
