Job Description

  • Revenue Generation: Ensures the Sales team can effectively sell the product. Supports proposal creation, solution design, and deal closure.
  • Product SME / Pre-Sales Support: Acts as the product subject-matter expert, providing pre-sales support and conducting client presentations alongside Sales.
  • Product Viability: Maintains the product's competitiveness and relevance by defining pricing and offerings and developing the product roadmap and innovations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Functionally oversees delivery operations that directly impact P&L.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Positions the product in the market, generates passive and active leads, manages telemarketing efforts, and develops sales collateral such as product decks and sales materials.
  • Product Portfolio Expansion: Launches new, viable products to create additional revenue streams.
  • Partner Management: Manages third-party partners, including principals and vendors related to the product.
  • Sales Enablement: Equips the Sales team through product training and ongoing support.
  • Product Strategy & Go-to-Market: Leads product strategy and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
