What you'll do:
As a HubSpot Specialist at ScaleStation, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimising the HubSpot platform across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub. Your expertise will ensure that our clients fully leverage the capabilities of HubSpot to achieve their business goals. You will also play a critical role in training clients, helping them maximise the adoption and effectiveness of the HubSpot platform.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • HubSpot Implementation & Optimisation

  • Configure and implement HubSpot for new clients and ensure system integration.

  • Optimise HubSpot usage across all hubs to drive client success.
  • Develop and execute HubSpot strategies aligned with client objectives.

  • Client Training & Support

  • Conduct online training via Zoom and Google Meet.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop training materials and documentation.

  • Strategic Consultation

  • Understand client goals and provide strategic guidance.

  • Analyse client data and recommend performance improvements.

  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with internal teams (marketing, sales, development) for cohesive client solutions.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • HubSpot Administration & Management

  • Oversee configuration and optimisation of all HubSpot Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, Operations).

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and governance.

  • Marketing Hub Management

  • Build and optimise workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.

  • Manage landing pages, lead scoring models, and SEO via HubSpot CMS.

  • Sales Hub Support

  • Implement and optimise pipelines, deal stages, and automations.

  • Set up playbooks and sequences for sales efficiency.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and best practices.

  • Service Hub Implementation

  • Configure and optimise ticketing systems and feedback tools.

  • Automate service workflows and chatbots.
  • Support customer success through data-driven insights.

  • Operations Hub (RevOps) & Data Management

  • Manage data syncing and workflow automation across platforms.

  • Maintain dashboards, data integrity, and integrations.

  • HubSpot Integrations & Technical Support

  • Configure and maintain third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Zoom).

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage API integrations.

  • Training & Best Practices

  • Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices.

  • Stay updated on HubSpot features and trends.
  • Maintain internal SOPs and documentation.

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards.

  • Analyse campaign, sales, and service data for insights.
  • Recommend process improvements based on analytics.

Successful candidates must have:

  • 3-5 years of HubSpot implementation and optimisation experience.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot features and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in Zoom and Google Meet for client training.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
