As a Sales Supervisor at Three A Food, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the sales team to achieve targets, expand market presence, and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on sales execution to ensure business growth in the food service distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Set sales goals and monitor team performance against targets.
  • Train, motivate, and support sales agents to reach their full potential.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for aligned execution.
  • Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • With a pro or non-pro driver's license.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in the food service distribution industry is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel as needed and preferably residing near Silang, Cavite, or nearby areas.
