ShareJob DescriptionDescriptionDevelop data quality standards, model structures, and design data quality reports and dashboards, including coordinating standard reporting activities with the Data Governance Council. Support Data Stewards and DMG Head by recommending, reviewing, and approving changes to data quality reports. Monitor data quality reports, KPIs, SLAs, and other operational metrics; provide insights and recommendations to the Data Governance Council.

Interact with users to resolve data quality problems using techniques such as root cause analysis and collect data quality requirements. Create data quality assurance documents such as checklists, process flows, SOPs, templates, and forms. Establish data sampling best practices for data quality measurement.

Implement and monitor data quality procedures in the data production process. Participate in cross-functional teams and assist the data governance council in designing test plans and data quality policies. Ensure data quality objectives are met.

Implement and execute data cleanup measures. Provide data quality training and presentations to the organization. Collaborate with SME/Data Stewards to maintain enterprise data definitions, business rules, and standards within the enterprise data dictionary.

QualificationsBackground in Data Governance and/or Audit & Compliance. Excellent problem-solving skills. Experience in SQL, Project Management, and Documentation.

Ability to analyze data to generate insights and recommendations.Proactive attitude with a drive for continuous process improvement. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Motivated to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.

Ability to leverage resources to achieve goals. Strong analytical and planning skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Power BI or Power Query. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word).

Knowledge of Retail/Manufacturing Industry. Willing to work onsite at 16th Floor, Greenfield Tower, Mandaluyong City. RequirementsPlease refer to the job description above.
