Position Overview

Electrical Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment, ensuring that products and projects comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements. This position requires solid electrical engineering knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop medium-voltage power equipment and related systems (such as circuit breakers, disconnectors, and protective panels).

Prepare electrical design drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation.

Perform electrical system testing, commissioning, and fault analysis to ensure equipment performance and safety.

Assist the product development team with new product development and technical optimization.

Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure design manufacturability and cost control.

Monitor industry standards and regulations to ensure product compliance with national and international standards.

Support customer on-site installation, commissioning, and technical services.

Participate in technical training and develop technical documentation to provide technical support to the team.

Resolve electrical technical issues that arise during project implementation.

Continuously improve products and processes to enhance work efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, automation, energy and power, or a related field.

At least three years of experience in electrical design, R&D, or project implementation; experience in medium/high voltage power is preferred.

Familiarity with electrical design codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., IEC, NBR, etc.).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, MATLAB, ETAP, or other electrical design software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Excellent communication skills, able to effectively interface with clients, teams, and suppliers.
