About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across all of Muvr's core logistics service lines — Moves, Deliveries, and Junk Removal.

You'll be responsible for building a seamless and scalable experience for every side of our marketplace — customers, providers, and partners — ensuring our product meets real-world operational needs while staying fast, intuitive, and delightful to use.

This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of user experience, platform design, and operational scalability. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Design to ship impactful, measurable features that improve efficiency and satisfaction for all users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Muvr's full logistics marketplace.
  • Deeply understand user needs across multi-sided personas — customers booking jobs, providers completing them, and partners integrating with Muvr.
  • Translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable UX and product flows.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to launch high-quality, compliant features.
  • Define success metrics for booking conversion, job completion rate, user satisfaction, and platform reliability.
  • Use data and research to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Work with leadership to identify platform growth opportunities and improve lifecycle engagement.
  • Ensure every feature shipped balances user empathy, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Have 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in logistics, delivery, or marketplace environments.
  • Are passionate about crafting great user experiences in complex, real-world systems.
  • Understand how multi-sided marketplaces function — demand, supply, and partner dynamics.
  • Have strong analytical skills (you're comfortable using data to guide decisions).
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, operationally complex environments where impact is measurable.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with on-demand or logistics platforms (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, TaskRabbit).
  • Familiarity with AI/automation, pricing, or dispatch systems.
  • Experience in UX research or product design collaboration.
  • Prior experience improving provider and customer experience simultaneously.
