Real Estate Support Agent

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, specifically in providing support services. As a Real Estate Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, utilizing software such as RP Data, DocuSign, and REX. Your primary focus will be to provide efficient and effective support to our real estate professionals, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
What you will be doing:
- Provide administrative support to real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and property managers.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of key documents, such as contracts, leases, and listings.
- Utilize RP Data software to access accurate property information, generating insightful reports and analysis when required.
- Electronically manage and process legal documents using DocuSign, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Manage property listings and updates on the REX platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for potential clients.
- Coordinate and schedule real estate activities, such as property showings, inspections, and client meetings.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions, real estate transactions, and property listings.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices to provide accurate information and recommendations.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working in a real estate support role is essential; preferably from an Australian-based Real Estate company.
- Proficiency in using RP Data, DocuSign, and REX software is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, practices, and regulations.
- Familiarity with contracts, leases, and legal documents commonly used in real estate transactions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- WFH set-up may be provided; but it would be ideal to have one ready.
