Philippines Scale Virtually Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

The Real Estate Admin or Acquisitions Analyst VA will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's U.S. Real Estate Investment acquisitions process. They will handle clerical and administrative tasks and conduct independent research. This role requires strong analytical skills, basic real estate knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with an acquisitions agent while reporting directly to the Leadership.

KEY TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Property Analysis Support
    • Analyze # of properties per week based on provided criteria.
    • Work with the acquisitions agent to support market research and lead qualification.
    • Assist in preparing documentation and reports for property offers.
    • Draft and organize transaction-related documentation such as contracts and acquisition paperwork.
  • Clerical & Admin Support
    • Organize and manage records, files, and tracking sheets for acquisitions progress.
    • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders for updates and clarity.
    • Provide weekly summaries of KPIs, including homes analyzed, offers submitted, and contracts secured.
Requirements

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, EXPERTISE and ATTRIBUTES:

  • Familiarity with real estate acquisitions and U.S. REI terminology.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and general office tools.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
  • Must be capable of self-directed research and learning.
  • Requires consistent output to meet aggressive KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal traits needed to fit into a values-based team culture.
