The role involves preparing and analyzing the Operating Income Statement (OIS) with variance analysis, maintaining Accounts Reconciliation Analysis (ARA) schedules, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will also assist in the year-end preparation of draft Financial Statements for external audit compliance and participate in closing activities during financial book close.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial reporting or general accounting

  • Experience in preparing monthly reports, financial statements, and managing the full finance and accounting cycle.

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP, PFRS, and finance-related standards

  • Proficient in SAP and other financial reporting systems

  • Amenable to work in Pasay
