Injection Technician

What you'll be doing

1. Operate injection moulding machines to produce a variety of plastic components and parts
2. Monitor machine performance, make adjustments as needed, and perform routine maintenance
3. Ensure production quality by inspecting finished products and identifying and resolving any issues
4. Collaborate with the production team to optimise workflows and troubleshoot any challenges
5. Maintain detailed records of machine performance, production data, and quality control measures
6. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Injection Technician or similar role in the plastic molding manufacturing industry
2. Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate and maintain injection moulding machines
3. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
5. Good communication skills and the ability to document and report on production activities
6. Relevant technical certifications or training in injection moulding or plastics processing
