This role will focus on developing comprehensive monthly reports and dashboards, managing large and complex datasets, and integrating data-driven insights into procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
  • Collecting, validating, and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources, including procurement, inventory, pricing, and supplier performance data.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining monthly reports and performance dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Developing and automating reporting processes using advanced Excel functions, including macros and VBA scripting, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilizing Power BI for advanced data visualization, data modeling, and DAX calculations to support executive and operational decision-making.
  • Applying foundational AI and machine learning methods such as predictive forecasting and anomaly detection to enhance demand planning and risk management.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, operations, and finance departments to develop insights that drive strategic and tactical improvements.
  • Implementing and maintaining standardized data models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all analytical platforms.
  • Preparing and delivering professional presentations that summarize analytical findings and recommendations for senior leadership.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • BS/MS Degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the electronics, semiconductor, or manufacturing industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, VBA, and advanced data functions.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and dashboard development.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar database tools for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Foundational understanding of AI concepts and their application within supply chain analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, timely, and insightful monthly reports aligned with business requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with management and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data automation and analytics.
  • Knowledge of electronic component lifecycle management, supplier networks, and supply chain logistics.
