Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Accounting Manager
to lead our accounting team and oversee all accounting operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Onsite | Monday to Saturday

Darong, Sta Cruz, Davao del Sur, Mindanao, Philippines

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a group of CPAs and accounting staff
  • Manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine financial regulations and tax laws.
  • Coordinate and lead the year-end audit process with external auditors.
  • Monitor internal controls and implement improvements to enhance financial processes.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support business decisions.
  • Supervise and develop the accounting team.
  • Liaise with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA license preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in manufacturing operations is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
