ADMISSIONS ASSISTANT (also known as ENROLLMENT ADVISOR) - URGENTLY HIRING

*This is a staff-level role.

Responsibilities:

  • The Enrollment Advisor is responsible for enrollment funnel conversion process, to drive effective conversion from leads to enrollment including making calls, proactive promotion of programs, conducting consultation to secure applications and enrollment payment, processing documents required of student applicants and administering required entrance exams as well as other pertinent student assessment and orientation tools, prior to being granted approval to enroll. They shall be working closely with the Enrollment and Admissions Managers, as well as Sales & Marketing team of Cintana Education.

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology.
  • Proficient in both oral and written communications; with pleasing appearance and personality; able to analyze market research.
  • At least six (6) months of related work experience.
