Bartender/Barista

A barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages while providing excellent customer service in a café or coffee shop setting.Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and teas, often following specific recipes and techniques.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Cash Handling: Operate cash registers and process payments accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries, ensuring the workspace is well-stocked.
• Food Preparation: If applicable, serve prepared food items such as pastries, muffins, or sandwiches, and package them for sale.
