Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily

  • Reports for work at the prescribed installation Department working hours of 8AM to 5 PM (Mondays to Saturdays).
  • Prepares daily itinerary/Official Business Trips.
  • Conduct/assist/guide Installation Engineers in doing Actual Measurements (RAM), Request for Mobilization (RFM) and attend to Customer Action Request (CAR), within the prescribed periods of: RAM & RFM – 48 within Metro Manila and CAR – within 24 hrs upon receipt
  • Conducts daily jobsite visits for all his projects to see to it that works are   being executed timely, safely and within acceptable quality.
  • Prepares Daily Project and Safety Report on projects inspected.
  • Prepares labor awards on projects, assigned to him.
  • Performs regular quality checks and verify installation related workmanship defects, prepare reports and recommend remedies to conform with Philmetal Standards.
  • Attend regularly scheduled jobsite coordination meetings on projects assigned to him and reports matters discussed to his Area Manager.
  • Prepares weekly Project Accomplishment Report (PAR), releases to subcontractors and payroll of Administrative crews.
  • Initiates additional work or change order claims and timely inform Sales Engineers/ Supervisor in writing.
  • Monitors material inventory, tools, hardware and equipment at site to ensure continuous and uninterrupted works to meet committed schedule.
  • Reports immediately safety related incidents/injuries on projects assigned to him.
  • Enforces strictly company policies and regulations and repots any breaches to his Area Manager.

  • Coordinate/follow up status of Job Orders/Production and delivery schedules of materials required on his projects.

  • Weekly

  • Submits Weekly Project Accomplishment Reports (PAR) on project assigned to him.
  • Attends weekly group meeting as maybe required.
  • Attends weekly jobsite meeting on projects assigned to him.

  • If required, prepares cash advance for project expenses, transportation and meals subsidy and liquidate within the prescribed period of one week after receipt of CA.

  • Bi-Monthly

  • Submits daily time records timely at every cut-off period.

  • Monthly

  • Attend monthly installation General Meeting (1st Friday of the Month).
  • Prepares PR for regular maintenance and repairs of company vehicle assigned to him.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial or Civil) or Architecture equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good leadership personality, honest and hardworking
  • Able to command and get maximum cooperation of subcon and installers.
