Job Description:

Responsible for making outbound calls to promote products/services, generate leads, and set appointments with potential clients. Handles customer inquiries, provides product information, and maintains accurate records of calls and customer details. Works closely with the sales team to support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejections professionally
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home.
  • Willing to travel if necessary
  • Hybrid set-up
