Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled automation expert proficient in any of the following platforms:
n8n, Make (Integromat), Pipedream, Tines, or a similar platform
to help design and implement automated workflows tailored to specific use cases. This is not just about setting up simple flows—we need someone who understands
complex logic, third-party API integrations, and how to make workflows resilient and maintainable
.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with
multi-modal data ingestion
, including structured and unstructured formats such as
PDFs, Word documents, images, and relational databases
. Familiarity with
chunking techniques, embedding strategies, and retrieval/reranking methods
to support downstream search or generation tasks is a strong plus.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building advanced workflows in
    n8n, Make, Pipedream, Tines, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of
    webhooks, APIs, error handling, and conditional logic
    in automation platforms
  • Ability to write and troubleshoot
    JavaScript/Python
    (depending on platform) for custom functions
  • Experience with
    multi-modal data processing
    (text, documents, images, databases)
  • Knowledge of
    chunking, embeddings, and retrieval/reranking techniques
    for search or AI-driven tasks
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Bonus if you have experience with:

  • Self-hosted automation environments (e.g., n8n self-hosted)
  • PostgreSQL or MongoDB integrations
  • Notion, Airtable, Gmail, or Google Sheets automations
  • Building efficient polling/trigger logic
