Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive and efficient reconciliation solutions to identify data discrepancies.
  • Expand the reconciliation scope to ensure thorough and detailed examination of discrepancies.
  • Automate the reconciliation process to reduce manual effort, improve processing time, and enhance accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business users to improve data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, streamline operations, and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless system integration, address data break issues, and improve data integrity and quality.
  • Assist in generating statistical analyses and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Reporting & Incident Management: Provide regular project status updates, assist in resolving escalated production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 Years proficiency in Python programming is essential; familiarity with additional programming languages and data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing automated solutions for data validation and reconciliation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with business users and team members.
  • Experience with ITIL, Agile, or similar IT frameworks.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of private sector financial systems such as CreditLens, LoanIQ, or Summit.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
