We're looking for a driven Marketing Associate to help grow our brand, attract players, and support exciting product launches.

Role Overview

The Marketing Associate will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote our virtual arcade experiences. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who enjoys gaming, digital culture, and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid channels
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, short videos, graphics, copy) aligned with brand voice
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; prepare reports and insights for optimization
  • Assist with influencer partnerships, promotions, and virtual events or tournaments
  • Conduct market and competitor research within gaming, VR, and digital entertainment spaces
  • Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and user acquisition initiatives
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and external vendors as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Has experience in marketing, social media, or digital content
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Passion for gaming, esports, VR, or interactive entertainment
