Philippines Chubb Insurance Full time ₱800,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

  1. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns with BIR, PEZA, BOI, SEC, LGU etc. (monthly, quarterly, annual)

  2. Responsible for any regulatory audits (eg tax audits) and reporting

  3. Assist other departments on all regulatory and compliance matters

  4. Maintain compliance with local, national and international tax laws and regulations, where applicable

  5. Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.

  6. Identify and mitigate tax and compliance risks through effective controls and processes

  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies

  8. Develop and maintain documentation to support tax positions and compliance efforts

  9. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial performance

  10. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization

  11. Advise management on tax implications of business decisions and transactions

  12. Assist in other finance work related and adhoc tasks when necessary

  13. Responsible for reporting related to tax and compliance

  14. Min 5 years of experience as Tax and Regulatory compliance or in a similar role

  15. Strong background on PEZA, BOR, BIR, SEC and other government agencies requirements and reporting
  16. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  17. Experience with BPO and shared services is preferred but not a must
  18. CPA is preferred
