About Us:

AMHI Development Inc. is a trusted company in the telecommunications industry, affiliated with Infius 8 Inc., Mazwin Inc., and Xinofi Technologies Inc. We are a proud subcontractor of PLDT, FiberHome, and DITO. Our operations focus on Wi-Fi subscription services, installation, restoration, and repair.

Job Summary:

The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing field technicians, ensuring efficient daily operations, and maintaining high-quality service delivery for our telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field technicians.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of installations, restorations, and repairs.

- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

- Assist in training and evaluating team members' performance.

- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management.

- Coordinate with the operations department and clients for project updates and concerns.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (any course graduate).

- With or without experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Willing to be assigned in Albay, Bicol.

- Preferably with knowledge or background in telecommunications or field operations (an advantage but not required).

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday
