Associate, Procurement
Responsibilities
- Manage RFXs and contract renewals.
- Negotiate with suppliers, balancing cost savings and supplier relationships.
- Drive cost-saving programs at both country and regional levels without compromising controls and delivery.
- Ensure all expenditures are covered by robust contracts.
- Strengthen business relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
- Functionally accountable for sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new vendors.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop procurement plans; provide market insights to business and stakeholders.
- Standardize procurement practices across business lines, countries, and regions.
- Build a stakeholder engagement plan to support procurement strategy.
- Drive innovation and value addition in both sourcing and procurement.
- Perform data cleansing, categorization, normalization of suppliers, and data enrichment for analysis.
- Provide monthly reporting on procurement spends, vendors, trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
