Responsibilities

• Manage RFXs and contract renewals.
• Negotiate with suppliers, balancing cost savings and supplier relationships.
• Drive cost-saving programs at both country and regional levels without compromising controls and delivery.
• Ensure all expenditures are covered by robust contracts.
• Strengthen business relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers.
• Functionally accountable for sourcing, selection, and onboarding of new vendors.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop procurement plans; provide market insights to business and stakeholders.
• Standardize procurement practices across business lines, countries, and regions.
• Build a stakeholder engagement plan to support procurement strategy.
• Drive innovation and value addition in both sourcing and procurement.
• Perform data cleansing, categorization, normalization of suppliers, and data enrichment for analysis.
• Provide monthly reporting on procurement spends, vendors, trends, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
