Minimum Requirements

Overview of the Role

Responsible for managing catalog (recurring) items across all sites and supporting procurement operations for the Manila site.

Job Summary

This position supports procurement operations in the Philippines, ensuring efficient sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization while maintaining compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RFXs and contract renewals
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract validity to balance cost savings with supplier relationships
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives at both country and regional levels without compromising quality or controls
  • Ensure all expenditures are covered by robust contracts
  • Build and strengthen business relationships with internal stakeholders and key suppliers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute procurement plans
  • Provide market insights and procurement recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Standardize procurement practices across business lines, countries, and regions
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans to support procurement strategies
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in sourcing and procurement processes
  • Perform data cleansing, categorization, and normalization for procurement analytics
  • Prepare monthly reports on procurement spend, vendor performance, and cost optimization opportunities

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in handling procurement requests, customer and vendor management
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics
  • Experience in compliance and audit activities
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
