LEARNING CONSULTANT, LEARNING TOOLS & PRACTICES

Working with the Learning Manager of Learning Tools & Practices Team, the Learning Consultant provides Data reporting and insights to Operations Academy and support its business stakeholders globally - help in the execution and implementation of the learning initiatives as well as support the learning function from an administration, reporting, process, operational, and logistical perspective.

Target Profile

Candidates with proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, Visualization and Budget Forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting - Strong Excel skills for data interpretation with experience in creating Power Bi dashboards
• Budget Forecasting – Solid skills for budget forecasting and publishing utilization reports regularly
• Vendor Management – Basic vendor management skills to coordinate with procurement partners, generate purchase orders and ensure timely renewals for internal learning software and tools
• Learning administration - Strong expertise in LMS administration; familiarity with Workday Learning is a plus
• Communication - Good communication and relationship-building skills with experience of giving feedback
• Governance: Follow standards and lead colleagues in aligning to the group's learning success measures, internal processes and audits (e.g. learning materials maintenance), and overall performance indicators
• Stakeholder management - Ability to engage with multiple learning participants and groups on an ongoing basis
• Flexibility - Ability to produce and deliver results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet growing customer expectations
• Industry Knowledge - Awareness on the latest trends and new technologies associated with Learning & Development
• Customer - Understanding and/or experience in working with a customer centric approach

Qualifications: What you need to bring - Knowledge & Skills

• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and data interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for building reports and dashboards; familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate is an advantage
• Foundational project management skills and experience is desirable
• Awareness of current trends in Learning & Development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage partners at all levels.
• Strong relationship management and engagement capabilities
• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility, dedication, and resilience in leading multiple projects or assignments and delivering results under changing circumstances
• Skilled in providing constructive feedback and working independently with moderate guidance.
• Experience providing back-end support for learning systems (Workday Learning LMS experience is an advantage
• Ability to lead vendor onboarding, payments, license renewals, and consolidate training reports and records.
• Willingness to participate in global learning initiatives and collaborate with multi-functional teams

Operations Academy is one of the groups within Operations Performance Excellence (Shared Services Group).
