  • The Preventive Maintenance Technician's primary task is to ensure that all Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines are in good working condition to prevent the process downtime in the production.
  • Responsible on maintaining and sanitation of 3D Business Printers.
  • Conducts installation, repair, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, printers, and other process related machines.
  • Conducts regular inspection and monitoring of machine; Cleaning and maintaining of vacuums.
  • Performs immediate action observed or reported occurrence of maintenance problems/issues.
  • Undertakes the installation or testing of equipment, tools, and machines.
  • Observe 5s at all times especially when leaving the workplace.
  • Adheres to the Preventive Maintenance Plan and Schedule.
  • Coordinates immediately with the Direct Superior or Section In-Charge in case of Irregularities and Non-conformances, and seeks approval of appropriate corrective action.
  • Compliance with the prescribed ISO Standards for Maintenance Process, Procedures, and Records.
  • Reports to the Administration and/or General Manager in any irregularities or problems that may arise in the course of performing one's duties.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and discretion in holding of any and all the information and/or records pertaining to the business of the Company.
  • Handles Office Equipment, Machines, Tools, and other company Properties with care and responsibility.
  • Able to communicate in English Language both verbally and in written form
  • Able to analyze situations and make independent decisions within acceptable norms and professional context
  • Able to plan and organize work tasks and special projects, and ensure work completion within deadlines
  • Must be a graduate of any course related to the position, with or without experience
