Job Description: Media Strategist – Performance Marketing

Position Summary

The Media Strategist – Performance Marketing is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. This role supports media buying and strategic media planning efforts to ensure campaigns deliver strong performance aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and readiness to present insights or participate in client meetings when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating, launching, and executing digital marketing campaigns, including prospecting and remarketing initiatives
  • Support the management of campaign budgets and performance across paid, organic, and owned media channels
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure traffic, engagement, and conversion KPIs are met
  • Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and efficiency
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure tracking tools, pixels, and conversion events are properly implemented and functioning
  • Prepare campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations for internal review and client presentations
  • Support day-to-day media operations, troubleshooting, and campaign maintenance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organized campaign records

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or paid advertising
  • Basic knowledge of paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other digital advertising tools
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
