CUSTOMER SERVICE

o Communicate with customers regarding their vehicle concerns (i.e. OMS details/cost estimate).

o Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and increased customer service satisfaction.

o Address customer inquiries regarding current services and standard processes per PMS interval.

o Monitor customer bookings provided by the Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to ensure that all preparations are made prior the day of appointment.

o Update customers of their real time vehicle status.

o Inform customers in case an additional job is recommended by the technicians inside the service shop.

o Contact drop-off customers in preparation for Delivery/Releasing process.
