  • Ensure that each store within the district is following and maintaining the correct standards and protocols in terms of product quality, cleanliness, customer service, merchandising and cash controls.
  • Responsible for meeting financial targets - sales, pull-outs, expenses and contribution margins.
  • Communicate and implement all strategies and initiatives in each store, aligned with overall district and company goals.
  • Conduct weekly huddles with bakeshop supervisors to align with sales targets and other initiatives.
  • Handle and address any customer complaints with utmost care.
  • Manage all team members and enforce necessary sanctions and penalties for non-compliant bakeshops based on Julie's standards.
  • Task to do administrative functions such as but not limited to the following: monitor the renewal of lease contracts and business permits
  • Ensures that all records within the assigned areas are complete and intact. Records include but is not limited to the following: assets & equipment inventory per store, sales history of all stores.
  • College graduate in any business management related course
  • At least 5-year experience in bakeshop management or retail store management.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Will handle NCR 2 Cluster stores (Cubao, Mindanao Ave, Tandang Sora, Novaliches Q.C.)
  • Willing to travel from time to time for store visits
  • Willing to be assigned in Rosario, Pasig City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
