We are looking for a highly experienced Environmental Protection Manager to lead and ensure full compliance with environmental standards across our infrastructure and bridge projects. The successful candidate will oversee environmental planning, monitoring, and implementation of mitigation measures to support safe, sustainable project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of environmental protection plans across all project phases.
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and project-specific requirements.
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments, audits, and inspections for construction activities.
  • Manage environmental impact mitigation measures, waste management, pollution control, and biodiversity preservation efforts.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and internal project teams on environmental concerns.
  • Prepare and submit environmental reports, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance on environmental standards and best practices to project staff.
  • Address environmental incidents and develop corrective action plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Environmental Protection, Environmental Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in bridge or major infrastructure projects (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international environmental regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing environmental programs for large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications in environmental management systems (e.g., ISO are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
